Huang Qingbo is a Partner and a member of InterChina's Management Committee. He is based in the Shanghai and has been with the firm for more than 20 years.

Mr. Huang has over 20 years of experience in consulting, foreign investment advisory, marketing and trading, covering chemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage, machinery, automotive, railway and components sectors. He has extensive experience structuring large transactions and is involved in complex projects, mainly in the areas of WFOE & JV establishment and technology transfers. He has also been involved in corporate lobbying, market entry studies and target search initiatives.

Mr. Huang Qingbo graduated from Beijing University with a BA degree in Science, and he also holds an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
