Franc Kaiser is a Partner and Director with InterChina, and is currently the leader of InterChina's Healthcare Sector Group. Mr. Kaiser is based in Shanghai and leads business development efforts for the Chinese as well as European market. He is also a member of InterChina's Management Committee.

As Sector Group leader, Mr. Kaiser works closely with medical device makers and pharmaceutical company clients. Mr. Kaiser has a long track record in working with clients as a project manager, supervisor, as well as a team member for complex and comprehensive projects, including both market entry and market expansion/penetration issues.

Before moving to China in 2002, Mr. Kaiser worked in Switzerland and South Korea. Before joining InterChina in 2006, he worked for 4 years with a German management consulting company in China. He also served, on a voluntary basis, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai between 2004 and 2006.

Mr. Kaiser is a Swiss national and graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland as UAS business manager. He is fluent in German and English, and conversant in French and Mandarin. He is a frequent speaker at events and conferences for healthcare-related topics, as well as regular writer of articles on related subjects.
